Background: Brad is an audit/assurance partner at Burr Pilger Mayer, Inc. (BPM) and manages the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Prior to taking over as the managing partner of the Walnut Creek office in July 2013, Brad was Practice Group Leader for BPM’s audit/assurance practice for 5 years.

Brad has more than 30 years of experience that includes over 25 years in public accounting, four years as a National Firm assurance partner at BDO Seidman, and six years in private industry as a chief financial officer for both publicly traded and private companies. Over his career Brad has significant experience in working closely with both private and public companies operating in manufacturing/distribution, retail, real estate, consumer product, technology and financial service companies.

Brad has been a CPA in California for 30 years and is a graduate of Santa Clara University. Brad has served on various corporate boards of directors for both publicly traded and private companies, including audit committee chairman for an NASD traded company. Brad is currently a board member for Junior Achievement of Northern California, an executive committee member of Score Fore Kids benefiting Children’s Hospital of Oakland and member of CA Society of CPA’s financial literacy committee. Brad is a Bay Area native and has resided in San Ramon, CA with his wife and 3 children for over 29 years.
