Background: Dan founded Centricity Solutions (Centricity) in 2007 and leads the firm’s overall efforts from their San Francisco Bay Area office.
Prior to creating Centricity, he spent nearly a decade leading sales, marketing and business development efforts for Outsource Group (achieving the #1 overall ranking on the INC500 list of the fastest-growing private businesses in America). Overall, Dan has more than 20 years of extensive HR leadership experience while working with venture capital-backed and middle market companies.
Dan holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Iowa. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), as well as a California licensed insurance broker. Dan and his family reside in Moraga, CA.
